CPF productions is a safe site with exclusive chat,live shows and galore. You must not break these terms of use when you are a moderater for the site. 1.You must not break chat rules like talking about sexual activities or drug refrences. If you do your moderater licence is taken away.This includes the live show chat aswell!!!!!!!! 2.YOU MUST NEVER HACK OR USE PROGRAMS TO DO ANY SUCH! IF YOU DO,YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM CHAT FOREVER,LOSE THEIR MODERATER BADGE AND NEVER BECOME ONE AGAIN.THIS IS ALSO STEALING WHICH IS ILLEIGAL,DO NOT HACK! 2.1 IF YOU HACK THE SITE,WE WILL FIND OUT WHO HACKED IT,GET THE WEBSITE BACK,AND LOSE THEIR MODERATER BADGE AND BANNED FROM THE CHAT ROOMS..FOREVER!!!! 3.If you accuse someone of doing something very wrong,like swearing or raceist which they diden't do,you will be discovered and lose your badge in a blink of an eye!!!! 3.1 If you send a report to the owner( Cpfanamations by messaging him on kidstube or email chasjohnh@googlemail.com)you must include a picture or video of the scence.  4.If you are a moderater for the site,you may also not cyber bully people. Any cyberbullying will include taking away your moderater badge and ban you from chat,for a period of time.... 5.You may not copy anything and/or download pictures and clips that belong to Cpfanamations. 5.1 You may download or show content from cpfanamations but have permission from him. 5.2 You may download the content from the downloads page(if there is one) and show it to your friends. 5.3 If you want to copy something from Cpfanamations have permission. 5.4 Some clips or banners Cpfanamations does not own maybe copyed.  6. If your showing one of my videos,you must give full credit to Cpfanamations for the vide. 6.1 If your embeding a video that I own whever its from kidstube and/or this site,you MUST include a prominent link back to my kidstube page or my website. 6.2 Sharing is permmited to send through email or IM or MSN,but may not be a downloaded video from the site or kidstube page. 6.3 If you are advertising my site,you must not use it for any profit AT ALL,OR MODERATER BADGE IS TAKEN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 7. If you are a moderater for the site,you must not use your badge for any personal gain or profit wisely,or it will be taken away. 8. Do not commit any copyright infrengments that are from Cpfanamations films or videos like 5.1.  8. Moderaters clips must own all of the content,including music,videos,and photos. 8.1 Moderaters may upload clips but must have a full disclaimer.Otherwise the video will be taken down or not put on the site. 8.2 If they upload clips they do not own,they must not make any profit from the videos. 8.3 If you upload a video by a  company and/or virtual or game made by a company,must advertise the website and or game in the disclaimer just by putting a link to the site. 8.4 Any music you do not own may result into muting your video. 

If you break these terms of use and/or,your moderater badge will be taken away no question,or any other consequences...You've been warned....
